New Bike Shop with Great Service

Upstate Cycle ( https://www.upstatecycles.net/) recently opened in Lakewood. The shop is owned and managed by Eric Chapman, bike tech extraordinaire. Eric was the service manager at the now-closed Hollyloft shop. Eric has been working on my bikes for 11 years. He is the go-to guy to fix problems and keep your bike running smoothly.

I just learned today that bike parts are almost impossible to source now, and likely next year as well. The lesson is to keep your bike in good repair. I typically get a bike tune-up in the fall as Eric is not as busy this time of year, and turn around is fast.
