What is the best chaos tool which is open source and has UI

Hello everyone,

I am fairly new to chaos engineering and I wanted to do chaos testing for softwares suchas Kafka, OCP, ELK, Hazelcast, etc...
There are a lot of tools available and each offer different features.
Can anyone suggest any tool which is OPEN SOURCE and has UI.

Any suggestions are welcome.

                 Try using Mangle by VMware or chaos toolkit. Unfortunately our is not opensource.

Mangle enables you to run chaos engineering experiments seamlessly against applications and infrastructure components to assess resiliency and fault tolerance. It is designed to introduce faults with very little pre-configuration and can support any infrastructure that you might have including K8S, Docker, vCenter or any Remote Machine with ssh enabled.
