IVR system in cgrates

Hi Mohammed,

CGRateS has normally nothing to do with IVR since it is not a SIP endpoint. You do that in a B2BUA like Asterisk or FreeSWITCH. CGRateS will just receive events from those B2BUAs which we will bill.

We however have implemented some functionality which will help with IVRs in case of FreeSWITCH, see:
