Just wondering if anyone uses Chromebooks for Coding?

Ant advice or suggestions what apps to use would be greatly appreciated.

• Snap! - https://snap.berkeley.edu/  
• TurtleStitch - https://www.turtlestitch.org/   - having a programmable embroidery machine in the schoolneeded to make this fully engaging
• https://makecode.microbit.org/ - for working with micro:bits
  
• http://microblocks.fun/ - another one for working with micro:bits

Also, Microbits and their add ons are very convenient with Chromebooks.

Yes all the time. I'd add on to John's list repl.it for Python/HTML/CSS and Khan Academy for javascript. You can also install IDEs like Thonny through the Linux VM if needed.
