eshare issues

Hi everyone 

We purchased three IWBs  in the last few years and for some reason they have been set up to share the laptop screen through an ehare app . 

This was working ok for one board - Occasionally another teacher might share onto someone elses board and we have rectified that issue. 

Recently  on our 6 th class teacher's laptop  , we cannot see her board to share to ( hope that makes sense )   The address of her board  is not visible - We can only see the other two . 

I turned everything off and reinstalled the app, checked the connections in the comms cabinet ( I sound like I know what Im at - butI really dont !)   Whatever I did - it worked and we could see her board address . 

Today - we are back with the same problem - the board address is not visible - the other two boards in different classrooms are .

Strange and time consuming . 
Any advice

If you could post the make of IWB you are using and the APP name, but it looks like that panel might have lost WiFi connection

Could also be an issue if the board updated. Had an issue with a Cleverboard lately that updated a driver and after the update it was automatically turned off for Airplay or Chromecast sharing. Took me a while to figure it out.
