Problem updating qnd adding apps using mosyle

Hi everyone, 

Hoping someone can help. Just starting using Mosyle Manager. It had previously been managed by someone else. 

I am trying to add an app to devices. In the Apple Apps and Books (VPP) tab I have located the app I want to add, clicked on the app, selected the devices I want the app to be added to, clicked update licence but an stuck from here as they are not appearing on the devices.

Hi Marcella,

You need to add the App to a Profile for it to be deployed.

Also - check the devices are powered on and have enough space.
