Hi Shane,
We have used Dymo labellers for over a decade now. LabelManagers mostly – the most recent replacement is a 210D with the case to hold it, an A/C adapter and some tapes. Seems to be working well.
If you want something a little more rugged, the Rhinos from the same manufacturer take a little more abuse (and are priced to match). Dunno about fingernail testing though…
