Hello,

I understand the issue. Please understand that at this time we are aware that it can be difficult to retrieve larger documents and while this doesn't help immediately, we do have work to enable documents to be retrieved faster and more consistently.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience,
Praneeth (Cerner)

Thanks for the reply!

Is there any limitations on the size of the document we are posting?

Thanks
Jagmohan

Hi,

We have no documented size limitations for POSTed DocumentReference content. However, we do know there are limitations in terms of what our service can handle. If you have an example of the content itself or simply the size of Document you are trying to POST we can discuss further.

Thank you,
Ben (Cerner)
