Hi mail.ra...@gmail.com! This error usually indicates the version of the resource you are attempting to update does not match the current version of the resource.  Make sure you're setting the 'If-Match' header to match the current version of the resource.

I checked again and the version does match in the if match header. Looks like some other issue. Please guide.

Hi Ravi,

Can you confirm that the version id is 0 for the appointment you are trying to patch? The if-match header should match the meta.versionId when preforming a GET on the resource.

Have you preformed a get recently? Based on the XID you provided, it looks like the versionId of the resource should be 1.
