Hi,
Immunization requests for a specific patient of Northern Light Health systematically fail with an Internal Server Error, works fine for other patients

  • X-Request-Id  e0393da8-5acf-472b-95c9-42b97af6396b

  Thanks

Hey Michele, the vaccine event code provided could not be found in the system. Hopefully that is enough to get you by for now. Otherwise, our team will look into this further next week!

Sorry, don't understand. The request that fails is GET https://fhir-myrecord.cerner.com/dstu2/rii-5tqZIeHcg01uWOcN3lATP151-1Q9/Immunization?patient=[id] - we are not providing any vaccine event code.

  Thanks

  Cheers

Apologies for the delay. The service was having trouble finding the vaccine code when the GET was called. It looks like there was some new configuration added that had not been cycled in the domain. Can you try this again to see if you are still getting failures?

Thanks Aaron.

Yes, GETing Immunization works now for that patient. The first request failed with an error 500 (X-Request-Id :  856d61d0-aeb7-4278-8214-41f23db11b84), but the retry worked.
