first of all , big thanks to all contributors for this next
release.
Regarding the sentence "The biggest backward incompatible change
is that LocalParameterization is no more", can you explain a
little bit which will be the proposed alternative to deal with
paremetr blocks with dimensions greater than degrees of freedom
(for instance the quaternion case) ?
