Hi,

Per yesterday's TSC meeting, I've asked Chris Aniszczyk, the CTO of CNCF, re. forming an advisory group. Per Chris, since advisors don't have voting right, we don't need to bake it in the charter. We can just set it up. I suggest we come up with a list of advisor candidates and have TSC approve them. Advisors don't have to attend the monthly TSC meeting, but the chairman of TSC can reach out to the advisors for guidance once a quarter and report back to TSC. What do you think? BTW, Chris has also agreed to be Centaurus's advisor. Yay!

Anni, this is great news to have Chris on board as an advisor. As we discussed, it would be great to have more thought leaders involved as advisors with our project. I am also in the process of reaching out to a Cornell Univ. professor (he is also involved with a cloud infrastructure startup) to see if he can be on board as an advisor for Centaurus project. Thanks.

Regards,
Deepak

Thank Anni and Deepak for reaching out to potential advisor candidates.

Other TSC members:  please also help suggest names if you have good candidate in mind.

Thanks,

Xiaoning
