Knick fans will be insufferable for the next 10-15 years.

I'd treat them the same way we Yankee fans treat Red Sox fans.  Who has won the most.

They’re as entitled as anyone. One hell of a run.  A well-deserved title.

There are no arguments against what they achieved during the play-offs.

It made me reflect on last year. I had always thought that Knicks beat the Celtics because of some flaw or weakness in the Cs. No.  It was a preview of this year.

The Knicks trailed in the 4th quarter of all 5 games. Impressive.

I rarely watch the playoffs after the Cs get eliminated, but did this year; I found that watching without having a strong rooting interest let me appreciate the game a whole lot more.

I thought the Celtics flaw last year in the Knicks series was the Tatum injury.

I cannot watch anything without a rooting interest.  I was Spurs all the way.  Wemby is most exciting, talented young player since LeBron.  Plus seemed to play with great joy.

IIRC, the Knicks had already won two comeback games before Tatum’s injury. Where the last game stood at the time of the injury I don’t recall.

When Jason Tatum was injured in the Knicks 2025 play-off game what was the time remaining and the score?

When Jayson Tatum suffered his tragic season-ending Achilles tear during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on May 12, 2025, the situation on the floor was:

  • Time Remaining: 2 minutes and 58 seconds left in the 4th quarter.

    WAMC

  • The Score: The New York Knicks led the Boston Celtics 111-104.

    TIME

Tatum had put up a spectacular 42-point performance to keep Boston in the game before his leg gave out while lunging for a loose ball following a Jaylen Brown turnover. The Knicks ultimately went on to win the game 121-113, taking a 3-1 series lead.
