CEL performance metrics and professional support

Hi,

Is there any place to find any previous benchmarking done for CEL? 

Is there any kind of professional support for companies trying to implement CEL as policy engines in their products?

Also, Has there any work been done on making a case for CEL against Open Policy Agent which uses the Rego language to write policies?

We've got some benchmarks you can run in https://github.com/google/cel-go/blob/master/interpreter/interpreter_test.go

Which performance aspects are you most interested in? You might be best served by custom benchmarks.

We do not currently offer professional support for the open source CEL library ourselves. I'm unaware of other companies or individuals who do so. However, we maintain an active presence in these support forums and would be glad to hear and try to help with any particular problems you might encounter.
