ftp/sftp passwordless login

I am unable to use ftp/sftp copy plugin since it doesn't support ssh keys or passwordless login to remote ftp server in 6.1.1

This is an improvement to existing plugins. We have filed this jira - https://issues.cask.co/browse/CDAP-16680 to track this improvement.
