sailboat for sale

I am currently researching to acquire a C&C 34/36 wk, and I saw that there were 2 for sale in the list of C&C 34/36 sailboats of the group, does anyone have any information on these sailboats, namely Savage and the other Allegro Andante?
I sailed on the sailboat Riposte and I was convinced that I would like to own this type of sailboat one day.

Hey, if anyone finds out the details, please report back.  I meant to call the brokers last week, but got sidetracked.  

The photos look too good to be true, and the asking prices are super cheap, I'm tempted to buy one and truck it home for restoration.

I am a long time follower of this group and aspirational owner, currently sailing a C&C 27 MK V.  For the boat in Midland- Allegro Andante- I went up to see this one a few weeks ago- in short I will say it does not show as in pictures- those are several years old and several issues gave me pause including but not limited to how this one was laid up for its time on the hard.  Apparently this one has been on the market for several years.  I have no association with the boat or broker and these are my opinions only but happy to give specifics on an individual basis.

FWIW I have seen Allegro Andante in person as well and I agree with what Chris has said.  Granted, I saw her a couple years ago and they were asking about 50% more than now and I commented to the broker back then that I thought the current price might be a little more realistic.  I thought maybe she had changed hands since it seemed to be off the market but I don't know that to be true.  I suspect she is a worthwhile boat but will require some TLC to bring her up to snuff. Suffice to say she didn't tempt me to sell my Saga 35 but Corsair VI did so now I have a Saga 35 for sale and look forward to sailing a 34+ this summer.

Would love to see more recent pictures of these boats.  Are they worth their present asking price?  Are they sailable as-is, so they can be moved, or do they need some major work before splashing?

Hi Blair, It's been awhile since you thought there was an offer pending for Savage but nothing on the listing to indicate that.  Do you know if it fell through or is still in progress?  Someone on the list was asking me what I knew about her but I think he was losing interest.

No sorry I do not . I saw the listing and mentioned to a friend that is always keeping one eye open on the market. Knowing that it was likely a project boat but benefit of having me as a resource as I had refitted 2 similar boats he made an inquiry into the broker but I do not know if he ever circled back. 

We all know that getting free tickets to a sports game can end up costing 500 out of pocket so buyer beware I guess ;)

I will ask.
