boat report from marine archives

Anybody heard of this report from Marine Archives?  Somebody interested in my boat said I should buy the report only available to owners.  Don't know what's in it.

Hi, I've never heard of it.  I don't know if there would be much content / value for a specific boat given the "cottage" nature of most work done by "some guy I know" or DIY, with little or no documentation whatsoever beyond big insurance claims. How could they possibly know? 

I think that your exceptional level of documenting everything, the write-ups, and the pictures from all your work is infinitely superior to anything that might be floating online regarding your boat.  

Boats are not cars.
