information on the order that patients joined MSKCC-IMPACT or TCGA?

Is there any metadata available for download from cBioPortal (or elsewhere) that contains the order / timing that patients joined the MSKCC-IMPACT or TCGA studies?

Hi Dave,

There is unfortunately no data on timing of patients in these cohorts. Such data is generally restricted due to patient privacy concerns. For MSK-IMPACT, you can infer the order of sequencing based on the patient ID numbers, which increase over time. I'm not aware of any such information for TCGA cohorts.
