I do not see how to download the dataset on cbioportal. Could you help me to fix it?
It is indicated that we can have access via Synapse, but the synapse team told me to ask you directly as I do not see it on their website.

I wanted to follow up regarding access to the Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC GENIE 2020) dataset. I’m still having trouble downloading it via cBioPortal. As mentioned previously, Synapse indicated that I should reach out to you directly, but I’m not seeing the dataset available on the platform.
Could you please advise on how to access or download the data?

For the clinical data, you can download it through the widget on the
top right corner of the portal. For the genomic data, you can download
the GENIE data from Synapse:
https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn7222066/wiki/410924 and then subset
for the samples in the cohort.

I have been informed about the issue you are facing in accessing the
Metastatic Breast Cancer dataset. As suggested by Ritika, you can
download the clinical data through the widget on the top right corner
of the portal. For the genomic data, you can access the GENIE data
from Synapse.
If you are still facing issues, please let me know and I will be happy
to assist you further.
