Hi,

I am trying to use OncoPrinter to map gene Copy Number Alterations. Most of my samples are "Neutral," meaning that they do not have a copy number alteration. How can I input this into my data? When I click submit, "no alterations" appears in the legend, but I can't find any way to put this in my data input. Thanks!

Hi Sydney,

In order to add the samples without alteration, you can add the sample IDs at the end of the input - see attached example file.
