LCNEC in cbioportal

Hello,

I am trying to find a subset of patients on your platform, of which I think there are around 480, but I am really struggling to find them within the datasets.

I am trying to find the lung LCNEC (large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma patients). I found 52 via a convoluted route but I was wondering if someone could help me? I've watched the webinars but I haven't been able to implement them successfully to sift out these patients

Any help would be grately appreciated

Rebecca, 

This sounds like a great task for our new cBioportal chatbot.  I prompted it and it returned 473 patients.  Just prompt it to give you the list of patients.  It should even be able to make a virtual study in the portal with those patients.
