I just tried to Query GENIE cohort v.19.0 for PTEN mutations.  I have had trouble querying this large group of samples since it expanded in size a short while ago.  Also, is there a way to query part of a gene and not the whole gene?

Hi Steven,

I tried querying the GENIE cohort (v19.0) for PTEN, and it looks correct on my end. Could you give it another try?

You can definitely query part of a gene. Please refer to the Onco Query Language (OQL) documentation for more details.

Best,
Gaofei
