PedcBioPortal access

Hi, 

I would like to access the PedcBioPortal https://pedcbioportal.kidsfirstdrc.org/webAPI

I created a Gmail account to access it, but I am receiving error messages when I download a "token." 

Is there another way to search PedcBioPortal? Do you have a Help desk?
