Good morning,

I am Lorena Magraner Pardo, postdoc research at the ICR, London.

I am interested in genomic and clinical data for 

• 1,116 prostate patients
• 1,130 early-onset breast cancer (BRCA) patients
• 1,109 PANC patients
  
  

I went to

I click on 

https://www.aacr.org/professionals/research/aacr-project-genie/bpc/bpc-prostate-1-0/

Later on

• The complete, post-processed data are available on Synapse. 

I requested all data

And the full data will be available in two weeks

Now, when I go to

Later I push on

And later cBioPortal

I see the AACR partial data

And the same for PANC 1.0 PUBLIC.

However,  when I push on PROSTATE 1.0 PUBLIC, I got an error.

I think there is an error in the link on the GENIE website. If you go directly to  the GENIE cBioPortal (https://genie.cbioportal.org), you can access all the cohorts including Prostate (https://genie.cbioportal.org/study/summary?id=prostate_public_genie_bpc).

I'll reach out to the team so we can get that link fixed for the future.

Hi Lorena,

I can't speak to your data access request or the data that will be available to you in Synapse after your GENIE data access request is approved. For more information, you'll need to speak with the AACR GENIE team (I've added them back to this email).

I can only speak to the data in cBioPortal, and the data you see there is the only data currently available in cBioPortal - it will not change after your Synapse request is approved.

And I did yesterday the genie request. When I enter, I see that

Mainly I am interested in the patients for whom the pathogenic BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation is available, and a survival measure associated with this patient’s. Can you please let me know if I am doing the request properly? I read yesterday a message saying that in two weeks the data will be available, I suppose that I have to enter again and there will be the data?

In cBioPortal I cannot see the pathogenic mutations, I suppose that everything will be in the requested data.
