Thank you very much Tali, yes I can see the information with this link. One question, I am interested inThis has genomic and clinical data for
1,116 prostate patients1,130 early-onset breast cancer (BRCA) patients1,109 PANC patients
And I did yesterday the genie request. When I enter, I see that
Mainly I am interested in the patients for whom the pathogenic BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation is available, and a survival measure associated with this patient’s. Can you please let me know if I am doing the request properly? I read yesterday a message saying that in two weeks the data will be available, I suppose that I have to enter again and there will be the data?In cBioPortal I cannot see the pathogenic mutations, I suppose that everything will be in the requested data.Thank you very much,

Hi Lorena,
Thank you for your questions. I’ve cc’ed in my colleague Alyssa who can check your permissions on Synapse to ensure that you have appropriate access to all public datasets.
Additionally, this demo (https://vimeo.com/1111155519) provides an overview of the GENIE data (Main Registry and BPC) on both the cBioPortal and Synapse platforms. You can also find specific training videos on the
cBioPortal platform here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=leDlA48NKPA&list=PLE2tjlUyHL8Gn4ythnuvf2BxWJVpAxkMM) and here (https://docs.cbioportal.org/user-guide/overview/).
These videos should help answer most of your questions.
However, please do not hesitate to reach out to
geni...@aacr.org if you continue to have difficulties with using the data.
Best regards,
Jennifer
