cBioPortal VAF histograms

I am watching the YouTube training videos for cBioPortal and they are quite good.  But where did the VAF histogram feature go?

Hi Lesil,

Thank you for the kind words.

The VAF histogram is still available, but it has been moved inside a tooltip. If you look at the 'Allele Freq' column header, there's a tiny icon of a graph after it - hover your mouse over the icon, and you'll see the VAF histogram appear:
