Content in files are Git LFS pointers

Hi,

I encountered an issue today on the cBioPortal website. I clicked on "Download all clinical and genomic data of this study" to download a .tar.gz folder for msk_impact_50k_2026 and msk_chord_2024.

The content of the files (e.g. 'data_mutations.txt') within both folders are Git FLS pointers for example: 

version https://git-lfs.github.com/spec/v1

oid sha256:2685adbc2b5269a72ad34e23b9fe6956a97ddcd97f03c3e0638854af8e7855b6
size 165754261

I've used this site before for research projects and teaching and never encountered this issue. Could you please advise?

Hi Luis,

Could you try again and see if you are still having this issue? I just tested downloading the MSK-IMPACT 50k study and the data_mutations.txt file was populated with data.
