Create a Group from a User-Defined List

Hello,
I am trying to compare patients with different mutations/alterations but I am having trouble. 

I can make a group where patients have any alteration in TP53, but I would like to group patients with only missense mutations in TP53. 
How do I do this? I went through the Google Slide tutorial and you mention it in slide 35, but I am afraid I need a more detailed explanation.

Hi Laura,

You can add a gene specific chart in the study view via the “Charts” button on the top right. See the screenshot below. This will add a new table in the study view, from which you can then select samples with a missense mutation.
