Hi

When I am in the co-expression section, I can sort genes by positive and negative correlation with regard to my gene of interest. However, when I download the sorted genes, the output is always ALL the genes. Is there a way to only download the csv that contains genes with positive and negative correlation separately?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment and is not a planned feature. I suggest that you sort / filter the table in a spreadsheet application.
