Dear professors,

I am Immunopathology researcher, currently doing my PhD at University of Surrey, UK in the area of Immuno-oncology of breast cancer

I am very interested in digging further in available data of TCGA-BRCA

May I ask if the original numerical IHC scorings for HER2 ara available ? and also if there is proteomic data available ? these data may help me a lot in mhy PhD work

any help is much appreciated

Hi Mahmoud,

There is both RPPA & protein mass spec data available for TCGA breast cancer cases. Tha TCGA PanCan Atlas study has both available: https://www.cbioportal.org/study/summary?id=brca_tcga_pan_can_atlas_2018 You can find other studies with RPPA & protein mass spec data by looking on the Datasets page (https://www.cbioportal.org/datasets) - just add columns for RPPA or Protein Mass Spec, then you can filter for breast and sort by those columns.

As far as I know, the original HER2 scores are not available, but I've cc'ed our lead data curator in case she knows more.

Also, I want to add that I have scored all TCGA-BRCA cohorts (823 cases) for sTILs in a quantitative scoring to the closest 10%, and I am happy to share them through your portal, especially if I can be acknowledged
