Thanks for your message.
Just to clarify, in the link you shared, ATRX mutation status is used to split the cohort into two groups (ATRX-mutated vs unmutated). In this view, the plots show differences in other genomic alterations between these groups, so ATRX itself won’t appear as a highlighted result there.
Could you let me know what specific figure you’re trying to retrieve?
