How do I see in which exon a particular mutation falls into

Hello,

If I look at EGFR mutations, I can see where the mutations happen in the protein. How can I find out to which corresponding exon each mutation falls into? Please look at the following link:

Hi Elie, 

cBioPortal allows you to add additional columns to the Mutations table under the Lollipop Plot. Click on the "Columns" button and add Exons from the drop-down list. See the screenshot below:

You can also show exon numbers as an annotation truck below the domain diagram.

Click on “Add annotation tracks” in the top left and search for “Exon”.
