Dear Webmaster,

We work in the area of colorectal adenocarcinoma at the AVMC Medical College and Hospital, Pondicherry, India.

For our projects, I have found that your cBioPortal web server is not only user-friendly but also highly effective in producing valuable results.

While working on it, we encountered a situation where all site functions progress well until clicking the link ‘Survival’. When we clicked it, it showed errors. Copied (below) and attached the screenshot for your reference.

We would be very grateful if you could help us rectify the issue. Please let me know if you need any clarification.
