Error Loading sample data

Hello,

• I installed the cBioPortal docker container on centos 7 using the steps here...

https://docs.cbioportal.org/2.1.1-deploy-with-docker-recommended/docker

• The page appears when I got to localhost:8080 (this system has outbound access to the web only.)
• I have downloaded two datasets, in addition to the default data set that came with the docker download.
  

wget https://cbioportal-datahub.s3.amazonaws.com/gbm_columbia_2019.tar.gz
wget https://cbioportal-datahub.s3.amazonaws.com/lgg_tcga.tar.gz

• I go to localhost:8080, select any of the datasets and click "Explore selected studies".
• The metadata and clinical data loads fine. 
• Loading sample data fails.
  

Can anyone give me assistance with the troubleshooting?

Some questions to better support you:

- What version of the portal are you running (the version of the docker image)?

- Does the default loaded study lgg_ucsf_2014 work without loading the other studies?

- Did you restart the portal after loading the studies? docker-compose restart cbioportal
