TCGA Drug/Treatment Information not available

Hi cBioPortal,

Thank you so much for your guys' tool! It's awesome.

Quick question, I am trying to access/filter TCGA patients (particularly breast and lung) on various treatments but that information does not seem to be available. I know treatment information is available on these TCGA datasets like tcga_brca and tcga_laud through the GDC but that info isn't showing up on cBioProtal. Is there a reason or is it just not supported yet?

Hi Chase,

Adding treatment data is on our list of data to curate for the pan cancer TCGA data set, but it is not currently a high priority. We hope to get it it sometime later this year.
