hello-mutual exclusivity

Good afternoon, I was wondering if the results from the study ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4381444/) since the author mentions that he has uploaded to cbioportal. Are the results from the mutual exclusivity tab from the above mentioned author? if so why the results are not detailed like the one the author highlights in his paper? I thought the mutual exclusivity tab in the cbioportal shows the results from Fischer's exact test.

HI,

The data used in that paper are simply the publicly available TCGA studies. Not that there are three kinds of TCGA studies: those that match specific publications, the TCGA Firehose data sets, and, more recently, the PanCancer Atlas data sets.
