LUT conversion from volumetric Schaefer 2018 to yeo7 surface FS parcel

Dear users
I have some maps computed on the 2018 Schaefer 100-regions volumetric parcel that I want to map on the Yeo 7networks 100 regions surface parcel.

- For the volumetric, I have this LUT 
with labels like "L_Schaefer_Area_1"

- for the surface I have the lut that can be downloaded from here
with labels like "7networks_LH_Default_IPL_1"

I hoped that the labels were ordered in the same way, but after some plotting I'm sure it's not the case. Do you know any way I can map one into the other? Thank you

I still find mismatches between label names in
and in 
I wanted to understand whether a mapping is possible between Yeo's 100 regions 7 network parcel and Schaefer 2018 MNI 100 regions 7 network parcel.
In the two parcels, names are clearly different, for example in Schaefer there are more "Vis" labels, 9 for left and 8 for right hemi.

HI Simone,

Do you mean "Yeo" or "Yan"? 

I am not aware of a Yeo 100-region parcellation. 

On the other hand, the labels of the Yan-400-region and Schaefer-400-region parcellations will be different because they are different parcellations.

the name is quite explicit and refers to a "Yeo 100 regions parcellation".
Also, the surface-based parcellation I obtained was downloaded from here
where they explicitly state this is "Yeo", and provide a 100-regions, 200-regions, 400-regions and so on versions

Just to clarify, the link you referenced (https://github.com/ThomasYeoLab/CBIG/blob/master/stable_projects/brain_parcellation/Yan2023_homotopic/parcellations/FreeSurfer/fsaverage/label/yeo7/lh.100Parcels_Yeo2011_7Networks.annot) refers to the 100-region Yan2023 parcellation, with each parcel assigned to one of seven yeo2011 networks. Notice the file is under the "Yan2023_homotopic" directory.

Oh, this makes things clearer. 
Thank you both for the help, I understand that there is no mapping between my regions (that are Yan's 100 regions with Yeo's relabelling) and Schaefer's 100 regions.
