Yan 2023 parcellation atlas

Hello everyone!

I recently learned about the Yan 2023 parcellation atlas.  I had previously been eyeing the use of the Schaefer 7-networks 200 parcels atlas for my work but am somewhat convinced to try the Yan 2023 parcellation.  Can you please tell me which version of the Yan atlas (in fsaverage) is the closest to the Schaefer 7-networks 200 parcels atlas?

Hi Gin,

There's not a one-to-one correspondence with the Schaefer parcellation, but presumably the Yan 200 parcel atlas would be somewhat similar to Schaefer 200.

Btw in your other email, you mentioned an issue with the Schaefer gcs file. Has that been resolved?
