Resident Vehicle Overspeeding Observation on Podium.

Dear T5 Team,

A complaint has been received from residents regarding a white Honda vehicle (Registration No. MH01CH3078) that was observed driving at a high speed from Podium 5 towards Podium 4 at approximately 9:56 AM on 25 June 2026.

Upon reviewing the CCTV footage, it was confirmed that the vehicle is allotted Parking Slot No. P5/157 and belongs to Flat No. 3802, Tower 5.

As per the Crescent Bay Parking Policy, driving a vehicle at excessive speed within the premises attracts a penalty of ₹1,000.

We request you to kindly inform the concerned resident regarding this observation and the applicable parking policy provisions.

The relevant CCTV footage is being shared with you via WhatsApp for reference. Additionally, the Approved Parking SOP is attached for reference.
