I hope you are well.
I am Manas Gupta, representing Believers Badminton Academy. I am writing to formally propose initiating structured badminton coaching sessions at Crescent Bay Clubhouse, utilizing the available 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM slot (Monday to Friday, thrice a week).
Believers is a professionally run academy with certified coaches and 7+ years of industry experience, delivering result-oriented training programs focused on skill development, fitness, and discipline. We have successfully conducted coaching across multiple societies and consistently built strong participation and engagement.
There is already validated demand within Crescent Bay, with 10–12 residents (kids and adults) currently training with us. However, due to the booking-based system, sessions lack consistency, directly impacting training quality and continuity. Allocating a fixed slot will ensure structured programming, better resident experience, and higher participation.
With summer holidays approaching, this is a timely opportunity to activate a consistent sports program within the society and add value to resident amenities. We are prepared to commence immediately upon approval and manage operations professionally end-to-end.
I request you to consider this proposal on priority and grant permission for the same.
