Interface : il y a beaucoup de choix.

Alimentation : 3.3 v me semble bien

Ecran :

Puce de police : Là aussi beaucoup de choix et je ne sais pas à quoi cela correspond

Do not buy any chip, it's not used. You would need font chip soldered to teensy not screen.
