Thanks for that response Rippy. Sorry to bother you on the weekend but I think it's not the urgency of plowing our streets but the lack of responsibility in this confusion for clean up later today, tomorrow or whenever.

If VDOT is saying they are not then do you think they will touch our streets. I think the best way to approach this is someone from Cardinal Management call and clear this confusion for the cleanup or suggest a best way to help resolve it. CCing our community for info.

We are waiting for VDOT to hit the major roads and then they can move to the secondary roads. Even if Caterham were plowed now, you would be immediately stranded on the other roads - please be careful.

Keep me updated and I will see what can be done once the major routes are clear, okay? We all may need to contact VDOT!

Keep pushing too hard guys. absolutely makes no sense that hoa have no clue on cleaning covering areas. I am still not clear whom she is calling VDOT or hoa crews?
