How to access holding tank hose

It is time to replace my holding tank discharge hose due to odor issues (it failed the sniff test and doesn’t drain well). What is the best way to access hose where it attaches to tank?  Do I have to lift tank or can I expose tank by removing a panel in aft cabin? If so, how do I remove panel? Thanks.

Eric,

 I replaced the discharge hose as well as the hose that goes from the toilet to the tank. I was able to reach through the opening under the head sink to loosen the clamps and remove the hose. Might have had to make a cut on the hose with a razor blade to facilitate removing it from the fitting at the bottom of the tank. I removed the frame from around the TP holder to get more room. I replaced it with the Raritan Sani-flex hose. I replaced the seacock as well since the valve was very stiff to open and close. When I installed the new hose I put a little glycerin type of lube (same stuff comes with replacement raw water pump impellers) to make it easier to push it onto the fitting. It was definitely advanced boat yoga to do the job.
