That time of year

Hi Everyone,

Well it is that time of the year again. Yes, if you have not gotten your dues in for CARC, it is time to do it. It is $20.00 for an individual and $30.00 for a family. You can catch me at the next meeting on the 18th of February.

We are looking for an activity for the meeting. If you would like to do something or see something let me know (we are always looking for fun things to do.) Does anyone do Parks On The Air or any other type of portable work? I would like to try some of that and looking for some pointers.

Hi Dan,  I could bring some Morse Code stuff.  We have a POTA expert in the club, Curtis.

I invited a young (13 yrs) person and the family to the meeting,  She wants to learn Morse Code.. With a Tech License and HF she could put it to use.  They want to know about the hobby.
