Please find the attached minutes, list of Bylaws revisions proposed by Board and copy of Bylaws so amended, meeting notes for the 1/4 Officers meeting , and treasurer's report reviewed in the 1/7 meeting.

The Bylaws has a new revision number, as I had left out the change to Article 7, new section 1.b, outlining the desired communication between Board and call-sign trustee.
