ERROR: time stamp <file> is 1 s in the future

Hello,

When deploying to my stage machine, I'm getting many errors "time stamp 2014-10-09 07:35:15 is 1 s in the future" which causes "cap staging deploy" to rollback. Any ideas how to fix that issue?

Or a more modern capistrano. 2.x is more than a year out of date, and pretty much unsupported.
