2.x Multistage Extension gone

Hi,

There used to be a wiki page on https://github.com/capistrano/capistrano/wiki/2.x-Multistage-Extension describing multistage setup with cap 2.X, but the page is now gone. A lot of links around the web points to this page. Is there a reason why it was taken down? Otherwise I would suggest that it be restored - Perhaps with a note that 2.X is now obsolete. We've suffered with Wiki spam lately, might be that we've clobbered that page in the cleanup somehow (but I don't believe so, we looked at the git history, and took the last commit and force pushed to repair it)

Please feel free to make any edits, or restore any pages you need, unfortunately Github is inadequately addressing the spam problem.
