Deploy to primary node only

How can I run specific task of Capistrano 3 on primary (or otherwise designated/distinguished) host only?

"on roles(:app),  :only => { :primary => true } do" does not work.

Versions:

• Ruby 1.9.3p194 (2012-04-20 revision 35410) [x86_64-linux]
• Capistrano Version: 3.2.1 
• Rake / Rails / etc 10.3.2

Platform:

• Working on Debian
• Deploying to Debian
