[ANN] capistrano-ssh-doctor plugin

Hello group,

I'd like to announce capistrano-ssh-doctor plugin.

The goal of this plugin is to extensively troubleshoot all SSH related capistrano issues. Plugin outputs a report and (if there are errors) suggests next steps.

Target user group are primarily beginners. I've worked with a couple new capistrano users and it's incredible how often they get stuck at "passwordless ssh" or "ssh agent forwarding" issues.

These might not even be considered as "capistrano domain" problems, but still - users get frustrated and take the "git push heroku master" route. That's a pity.
