debug output not showing hostname anymore

In cap v.2 statements would show the hostname the operation was being performed on next to each line

DEBUG [webserver1]  <command>

cap v.3 does

DEBUG [39777796]  <command>

which looks like it is a thread ID (or something similar).  Is there a way to get the old behavior back?
