Diffing local changes

Hi Guys,

I used to be able to do "git diff" and "git status" to see local changes to my remote environments with capistrano 2.x but now I can't. 

How can I make it fly again?

Versions:

• Ruby 2.0
• Capistrano 3.1
• Rake / Rails / etc 4.0

Platform:

• Working on....OS X
• Deploying to...Ubuntu

You can't. The release directory no longer contains source control artefacts.
